Nestled on one of the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, on the slopes of Castel Rigone, the farmhouse boasts a 360° panoramic view of the beautiful Umbrian vegetation, small castle towns, and the city of Perugia. The position of the hotel enables you to take numerous day trips to the surrounding areas: you can visit the Maggiore Island in the centre of the Lake by taking the ferry from Tuoro or from Passignano, or Polvere Island, which is a naturalistic oasis, by taking the ferry from San Feliciano. In addition to this, the farmhouse is just a few kilometres from the border of Tuscany. In the internal part of the farmhouse the owner has made a beautiful wine tasting cellar where up to 60 different labels of wines from Umbria and Tuscany can be found.

The swimming pool has a breathtaking view over Lake Trasimeno, where it is possible to admire the marvellous sunsets.
The restaurant is housed in a nearby building, where typical Umbrian dishes can be sampled. In the summer months, breakfast in served on the beautiful front terrace. It has a capacity of up to 35 people
